Delivery, set up and collection at shows/expos?
We can deliver anywhere in NZ and setting up is easy. When you are finished with the items simply use our pre-addressed labels to send back to us, or call us and we'll collect it.

Support
It’s just a phone call away, and don’t worry you will not be talking to an overseas call centre, you will be in direct contact with the dedicated team at IT Rentals here in New Zealand. This is because we believe that we know you, your equipment and your needs better than anyone else.
We offer a telephone support service during business hours. Our customer support staff is on hand to off you the right advice and guidance to ensure the products and conditions meet your requirements. This includes support throughout the duration of your contract. If need be, we will have a maintenance technician to you as soon as possible. Please contact us if you require an extension to your contract, this can be done over the phone.

Installation/Configuration
We can configure equipment to suit your specific requirements, so it is ready to ‘Plug and play’ when you receive it. Just let us know what you need and we’ll take care of the rest.

Nationwide Delivery
We can deliver computers and other technology equipment to you anywhere in New Zealand. This is usually delivered same day/next day depending on your location.

Express Delivery
We understand that your requirements are sometimes urgent. If you require an express delivery please talk to us and we will arrange the best delivery service to suit your needs and time frame.

Payment Options
We have a range of different payment options and terms to suit you and your business. If you are a regular customer then we would suggest opening a credit account with us. Otherwise we accept payment via direct credit, Cheque, Eftpos and Credit Card. Please see our Payment Options Form here.
